Brazoria County market overview

Dow's Freeport site is the largest integrated chemical manufacturing facility in the Western Hemisphere (Dow), and Port Freeport serves the same Brazosport area. Together they anchor industrial demand in the southern half of the county.

The north end of the county is Houston suburb: Pearland and Manvel along SH 288, which is the county's busiest road by TxDOT count, with FM 518 and SH 6 next. That corridor supports retail, medical office and flex space for the growing residential base.
